Shows Rangitakina, a Bay of Plenty chief, wearing a rich topuui or war-mat of white dog's hair, with a deep black border, over a flax mat ornamented with tufts of dyed wool. He has moko. Behind him is a cliff headland, waka pulled up on the beach, and fish on drying racks.
