'Stars in their eyes'. "TONIGHT we have Phil Goff as Helen Clark". 21 May, 2008

Reference Number: DCDL-0006548

Shows Phil Goff, Minister of Defence, dressed as Prime Minister Helen Clark as he walks onto the stage to take part in 'Stars in their eyes'. The MC says that 'Tonight we have Phil Goff as Helen Clark'. Refers to the comments made by Phil Goff during an interview on Alt TV in which he was supposed to have suggested that he would be interested in Helen Clark's position as leader of the Labour Party. The host of the show says Goff's comments have been blown out of proportion, and the NBR, who originally ran the story, has beaten it up.
