[Creator unknown] :Rural land at Aorangi in the district of Ahuriri to be offered for sale by auction, 26 November, 1857 [map with ms annotations].

Drawn on a base cadastral map of Aorangi, Heretaunga, depicting land sales of sections between the rivers Mangatani, Ngaruroro and Maraekakaho. Names of buyers are annotated onto the sections. Most of the land is marked as sold to [Arthur] Tuke or [Donald] McLean. Sections 12-15 originally marked as sold to McLean are marked as onsold to G Hunt. One section, originally marked as sold to Tuke is marked as 'sold to McLean'. Of the remaining unmarked sections, some are higlighted with watercolour.
