Shows a kiwi dressed in its underwear and sitting on the examination table in the doctor's surgery. On the doctor's desk lies a newspaper with headlines that read 'Clark & Key draw battlelines'. The kiwi is Prime Minister, Helen Clark, and the doctor tells her that she is bound to feel nauseous as she is pregnant with an election campaign. Refers to the beginnings of the struggle between Labour and National in the run up to the 2008 election campaign.
