Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, looking east towards the Watt Memorial Fountain (in the centre of the intersection with Ridgway Street) and the Wanganui River. The second Post Office and clock tower are at the extreme right, and the premises of R H White & Co are in the Pheonix Building, on the corner of Ridgway street.
