Shows two baffled-looking penguins staring after Winston Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs, as he walks with his partner over the Antarctic ice towards a helicopter. Their bafflement arises from the fact that Winston Peters' tries to justify taking his partner to the Antarctic at the tax-payers' expense by noting that the penguins even have chicks in the Antarctic. Refers to criticism of Winston Peters' taking his partner to the Antarctic at the taxpayers' expense.
