"The peasants just don't get it... When a barrel of oil goes up petrol's gotta go up too... But when the price of a barrel drops who knows how long that's gonna last???" 13 January, 2008

Reference Number: DCDL-0005012

Shows two hefty 'Oil Co executives', one smoking a cigar and the other wearing a bow tie. They are chatting about the price of oil, amazed that 'the peasants' cannot see that when the price of oil rises then petrol follows suit but when the price of oil drops the price of petrol does not necessarily drop also. Refers to the rising prices of fuel.
