Shows a freight truck driving along a piece of highway decorated with party balloons, streamers and playing loud music. The driver is wearing a 'Kiss the Chef' apron, party hat and shaking a maraca. Beside the driver in his cabin is a spinning disco ball and sausages cooking on a barbeque. Two police officers are sitting in their patrol vehicle next to the highway and seeing the truck drive past, one of the officers says "Yep, looks like 'party pills to me ...". Refers to the reported use of legal party pills by truck drivers to stay awake during their long shifts.
