100% Kiwi hype. Phsssst! October, 2007

Reference Number: DCDL-0004345

Shows the Eiffel Tower in the background and a large deflating rugby ball in the foreground. Refers to the '100% pure' inflated rugby ball that was used in Paris as a promotion for New Zealand tourism during the Rugby World Cup. The loss by the All Blacks in the quarter-finals of the World Cup called into question the amount of hype surrounding this event.
