Shows a parrot representing the Labour Party sitting on a swing above a lit firework labelled 'conference'. The parrot is thinking that this was not exactly what it had in mind. Refers to the protests outside the conference against the arrests of activists under the Firearms Act and the Suppression of Terrorism Act and about the need for the Suppression of Terrorism Act in New Zealand at all.
