Original Evening Post caption reads: "Interpreters Tu'itu'i Afamasaga Purdie and Nga Miller with co-ordinator Naomi Tocher...The Wellington Community Interpreting Service has been providing interpreters since 1993. But starting this week they have been offering instant access to interpreting services over the telephone. Co-ordinator Naomi Tocher said there was a growing demand for interpreters around the country." Photograph taken on 14 May 1997 by Evening Post staff photographer John Nicholson and printed in the Evening Post on 16 May 1997.
