Leader of the National Party, John Key peers round the cutain that surrounds the bed and reprimands Bill English for giving the patient nightmares. Refers to the fact that less than 14% of all the profit earned by foreigners from their New Zealand investments is reinvested in New Zealand. The rest is taken overseas in the form of dividends.
