Reference Number: DCDL-0003888
Shows a council inspector talking to a man whose neighbours have complained about because he has put a shipping container in his garden between his house and theirs. The neighbours are having tea and staring out of the window and their cat sits on the path and stares too. The man has put a bit of trellis and a large garden butterfly on the side of the container but still the neighbours are not happy.
