A man empties a barrow load of alternative medicines onto a rubbish heap declaring that he is glad the government is taking a stand against alternative medicines as unregulated drugs are dangerous. The rubbish heap which which is stuck with a signpost reading, 'Global Pharmaceutical Companies' is filled with dollars.
