Prime Minister, Helen Clark is making a speech from the podium at the 2006 Labour Party Conference. She says that the challenge is to save the planet while saving to repay their unlawful election spending. A delegate nearby prays to god that he won't be required to grow vegetables on his own dung. Refers to the sudden urgency about global warming and also Labour's overspending of government funds during the last elections.
