Shows a view from a hillside, looking down on a settlement which may be Havelock. There is a house in the right foreground, and a further group of houses around the main road which skirts the water in the middle distance. A steam train at far right runs on a track which goes past a large two-storeyed house near the water. There are sailboats on the water in the distance and hills beyond.
