A man sits comfortably in his armchair trying to make a phonecall. The news has just announced a downsizing of staff at Telecom and the phone gives the message that because the caller has reached Telecom faults the phone must be working. The man looks at the phone in puzzlement. Refers to Telecom's announcement that they intend reducing staff.
