"Crikey folks, in a wet mouldy swamp like this, I would normally expect to come across a nasty man-eating crocodile." "Good job we're only standing in my apartment then, isn't it." ca 20 September, 2002.

Reference Number: DCDL-0002366

The Australian naturalist and TV celebrity, Steve Irwin and a second man, stand up to their knees in swampy water. Steve Irwin declares that he would expect a man-eating crocodile in such a swamp but it seems that they are standing in the second man's apartment. Refers to the 'leaky homes' problem which has meant that poor building practices have led to disastrous structural problems in many houses.
