Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan taking a huge bulldog (Sir Geoffrey Howe) for a walk. The dog has a torn copy of the Trade Agreement, European Community in its slavering jaws and it is urinating on a group of New Zealand Government members, (David Lange, Roger Douglas, Mike Moore, Helen Clarke and Geoffrey Palmer) who are holding a banner marked 'N. Z. anti-nuke bill'. The Government group is being almost knocked flat by the urine of the giant dog, while Thatcher and Reagan look on approvingly and praise the dog.
