Shows a Frenchman and an American, in their adjacent back gardens which both back on to the Pacific Playground, with its slide and see-saw. The Frenchman is burning a rubbish pile labelled "French tests" (its smoke spreads over the Pacific playground), while the American is about to heave barrels of "US Nuclear Waste" into the Pacific Playground.
