Hamilton's traffic light windscreen washers have racked up almost $100,000 in fines....News. "Oops!" 12 January, 2004.

A man who is making money cleaning the windscreens of cars as they stop at the traffic lights, realises with dismay that he is reaching over to clean the window of a police vehicle. The policeman in the car holds up a sign which says, 'Fined again'.
