The scene shows a North Korean child pulling a toy guided missile on a trolley and knocking at the door of Nuke Club. John Bolton, United States Ambassador to the United Nations, leans out of the window and says, 'Over my dead body!" The child is Kim Jong-il, the leader of North Korea, and the missile toy refers to those missiles that North Korea has tested to widespread condemnation.
