"Watcha gonna be when you grow up, Hugh?" "Me?..A policeman, I want to uphold the law, protect the innocent, defend the weak...have a good superscheme, a cool uniform... and a taser!!!" 30 June, 2006.
Reference Number: DCDL-0001957
There are four frames. In the first a small boy asks his friend what he wants to be when he grows up and in the next three frames, the friend tells him why he wants to be a policeman. He begins his reasons why calmly but as he adds to the list of attractions he becomes increasingly more excited until he gets to the taser, the icing on the cake - he is mad with excitement at the thought. Refers to controversy over the possible use of the taser, a type of stun gun.
