Study shows emissions testing should become part of W.O.F. checks. "Did it pass?" 11 September, 2003.

Reference Number: DCDL-0001852

A car has drawn up at a Service Station doing warrants of fitness. There have been suggestions that emissions testing should become part of a W.O.F. check. The man having his car checked asks hopefully if his car has passed the test. One of the two men doing the testing is covered with black oil from his shoulders upwards.
