Reference Number: DCDL-0001828
The cartoon is in four frames. A woman arrives home from town and as she takes off her coat she chats with her husband who is sitting in an armchair. She is very frustrated because there was a power outage while she was at the bank and so the computers were all down and she thinks the queue of people was lengthened by Transpower people coming in to get the bonuses they pay themselves.
