New Zealand golf champion, Michael Campbell, explains that his chipping was great but he couldn't handle the greens and Prime Minister, helen Clark, explains that microchipping is great but she couldn't handle the Greens. For Michael Campbell the golf courses did not suit him and so he lost his game. For Helen Clark, four of the Green party voted to have working dogs exempted from microchipping, which meant that exemption won the day.
