Inscriptions: Inscribed - Mat recto - beneath image: Lowry Bay. 1882; Mount verso - top centre: Governors Residence built by Mr. Duncan Sinclair for Jervois. Laundry to right and Mr Sinclair's house behind that. Mr Sinclair at one time owned 500 acres of Lowry Bay.
