The scene is a queue for the Gents' toilet in the Hamilton Gardens. There is a sign at the kiosk saying that Eftpos is accepted. The man at the front of the queue sweats in desperation as he tries to remember his pin-number. Refers to the debate in which city Councillors tried to decide whether to charge for using the toilets in the Hamilton Gardens.
