The scene shows a huge pipe labelled 'tax funds' that is gushing water that flows down a giant drainhole labelled 'wastage'. Trevor Mallard rushes towards the hole carrying a huge plug. In the background stand two men who comment on the speed with which Mallard finds a plug when an election looms. One of the election issues being pushed by the National Party is waste of money and resources especially in the public sector.
