A woman is sitting at a desk in her living room opening her mail. She has just received a letter about the right of people with dementia to be treated with every care because they have paid taxes throughout their lives. She shouts this information at someone who is in the next room who comments that what she says is true but that dementia-sufferers won't remember all the taxes they have paid. May refer to National policy on aging that is currently being made public.
