President Bush of the United States stands behind a podium giving a presidential speech in which he slams terrorists for giving no thought to the human cost of their actions. Behind him are two huge stacks of coffins which rise into the sky like the Twin Towers; they are labelled 'Civilian' and 'Military' and refer to the number of lives lost in the Iraqi War perpetrated by Bush. The cartoon makes an interesting juxtaposition because President Bush persists in linking the Twin Towers terrorist attack with the War in Iraq.
