Scott, Thomas, 1947-:"Relax, only illegal migrants, or migrants who look or sound illegal have any cause for alarm... Dominion Post, 6 June 2005.

Reference Number: DX-025-128

Shows a phalanx of huge goose-stepping soldiers in Nazi-like uniforms with 'NZ' on their caps; they carry a banner on which appear the words 'Flying squad'. Nearby is a Muslim woman dressed traditionally with a small boy cowering in fear behind her; she tries to calm him by observing without seeing the irony that only those migrants who don't look or sound illegal have cause for alarm. Refers to Leader of New Zealand First, Winston Peters, and his wish to create a 'flying squad' in order to seek out illegal immigrants.
