A man wearing a flat cap, a satisfied smile, and overalls bearing the words 'Union muscle' runs away from a large van on which are the words 'Business confidence'. The man is probably Rick Barker, MP for Tukituki and Minister for Small Business. The tires of the van are flat and the man is carrying a chisel so the assumption is that he has stuck the chisel into the tires. Probably refers to a meeting that Rick Barker, a former trade unionist, had with business community leaders in Tauranga, when in half an hour, he managed to offend everyone with the result that a letter of complaint was sent to the Prime Minister, Helen Clark.
