Shows a Venezuelan policeman holding up a bottle of 'Cat's Claw' to a press conference. The bottle has a picture of a cat on it. With his other hand the policeman is patting a sniffer dog who is confiding to another dog that he didn't smell the drugs but barked at the picture of the cat.
