Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark as a mother pushing a baby in a pram. Flies and odour drift around the baby whose flailing legs can be seen. The mother, looking most displeased says 'Oh John! Not again!' Refers to the offensive remarks about his colleagues and the holocaust and gays that appeared in Investigate magazine after a lunch with editor Ian Wishart.
