Shows Stalin holding in one hand a sandwich with arms and legs sticking out of it. With the other hand he is pushing a much smaller George Bush away and calling him 'amateur'. Bush is looking frightened and clutching a small barrel with the word 'crude' on it. Refers to unpopular political leaders and the unpopularity of Bush over the United States policies on the Middle East and access to oil reserves.
