The scene is on a beach. A man is sitting with sand piled over his legs with his laptop and beach umbrella beside him. On his head he has a contraption with a satellite dish and mouthpiece on which he is pressing buttons. A small child is trying to pour out more sand from a bucket and is being restrained by her mother. Cartoon illustrated an article on the Employment Relations Act.
