Two judges are taken through a number of flag designs displayed on a wall. Their guide points to a flag with a target on it which has been entered by maori activist Tame Iti. Refers to an incident in Ruatoki on January 16, 2005, when Iti fired a double barrelled shot gun into a New Zealand flag lying on the ground as the Waitangi Tribunal arrived for a hearing on Tuhoe claims.
