National Party leader Don Brash is dressed as a ticket inspector on the "Welfare" bus. An unemployed man is shocked when he is told that he has to get off the bus and walk. Refers to Brash's Orewa speech of January 25 2005, which was entitled "Welfare Dependency: Whatever happened to personal responsibility."
