In a series of four vignettes a television screen shows a newsreader delivering a story which allegorises the way in which the Security Intelligence Service handled the case of Algerian asylum seeker Ahmed Zaoui. Zaoui was held in prison throughout 2003 and 2004 without trial or conviction.
