GOVT SHOWS WISDOM. 1 April, 2006.
Reference Number: DCDL-0001242
There are six little almost wordless scenes showing a newspaper vendor standing beside his news stand on the front of which are the words 'Govt shows wisdom'. A businessman has bought a newspaper and he is shown scene by scene discarding page after page as he tries to find a report that describes government wisdom. The vendor looks inscrutable until he is able to shout 'April fool' when the business man eventually gives up his search.
