Shows Jim Sutton, Labour Party Minister of Agriculture, covered in what appears to be excrement after leaving the stage at a Federated Farmers conference. Related to Sutton's speech to Federated Farmers in Hawkes Bay on the Labour Party's proposed tax on stock flatulence. Also relates to a protest campaign against the tax by farmers, involving sending manure by mail to parliament - New Zealand Post had refused to deliver most of the parcels.
