New Zealand prime minister has accidently summonded up a genie in the form of a fierce maori warrior by polishing a teapot labelled 'The Law". Refers to maori opposition to the proposed Foreshore and Seabed Act which would remove their right to claim customary ownership of the foreshore and seabed.
