Uncle Sam has is using a hose to water a garden with missiles from a huge black missile (decorated with a skull and cross bones) that is strapped to his back. The garden is very thorny and springs back at him, much to his surprise. Refers to the United States' invasion of Iraq which began on March 20 2003.
