Cadastral map with topographical features showing Pihautea Estate and surrounding Maori land in south Wairarapa occupied by Charles R Bidwill. Freehold and native land are referred to in a key. Identifies land blocks with Maori names and unnamed land blocks, both with acreages. Ruamahanga River, Te Maire Creek, Jury's Island and the Road to Kahautara are shown. Other bordering settler properties are named as G Goodrick, W Bicknell, B.W.O. and B Williams, W. Nichol, G. Hunter, YuleMaori land blocks include Maramamau.
