Helen's scary mid-flight drama come the election... "Then this big hand came out of the sky and caught the plane, and a deep, warm, calm voice said,'You're work here on Earth is not complete my child..." 15 April, 2005.
Reference Number: DCDL-0000787
In the top corner of the cartoon, Prime Minister, Helen Clark, tells the story of her recent drama on a flight, when the plane door swung open. The remainder of the cartoon depicts the drama, showing the huge hand of God stretching from the clouds, taking hold of the plane in which Helen Clark is travelling, and telling her that her work is not yet done. This relates to her feelings about the outcome of the elections in which she hopes to win a third term in office.
