Shows a fisherman, representing Fiji, line fishing in his outrigger. An octopus representing 'racism' tugs on his line with one tentacle and with another tentacle rams the fishing hook through the shorts of the fisherman. As the fisherman pulls on the line he will eventually cast himself into the water.
