"Civilising the Iraqis is taking longer than expected, Sir." 18 February, 2006.
Reference Number: DCDL-0000830
A marine tells his superior that civilising the Iraqis is taking longer than expected. In the background are several depictions of torment and torture like setting a dog onto a naked man, beating, and standing a man on a box and tormenting him. There are also dead bodies on the ground. This is a reference to a new lot of revelations about the treatment of Iraqi prisoners by American soldiers.
