Shows an Iraqi military officer speaking to a UN official. They are standing beside an aeroplane, which the official is reluctant to board. The Iraqi gestures towards the crater-filled landscape in the direction of Baghdad, saying that he could use the land route instead. Refers to the aftermath of the Gulf War and the news that UN personnel must use Iraqi chartered aircraft.
