Shows 3 scenes of anthropomorphous weapons: a nuclear weapon coughing, using a walking stick and rubbing an aching back; a conventional weapon, wearing a bowler hat and suit and carrying an umbrella and briefcase; an unconventional weapon, dressed like the conventional weapon but with a rocket tail between his legs, doing a handstand and juggling his hat, briefcase and umbrella with his feet. Refers to the agreement to reduce nuclear weapons.
